It is made with a waterproof outer fabric and 100% birdseye cotton on the inside! So the inside feels just like a prefold! The awesome thing about this all-in-one is that it has a pocket! The insert is attached but with the pocket you can also add absorbency to fit your needs! And the pocket opens up on both ends! It has two rows of snap down rise snaps and fits babies approximately 12 to 40 pounds.

I used half cloth half paper when my son was really little, but I really wish I had known about reviews like this at that time. That would have helped me so much. Thanks for the info!!
I have this same diaper in the newborn size and my 18lber is about to grown out of it. I hate to have to put it away when she does :(
That being said, I would have to get this diaper in the One Size!
